The Plant Who Wished to Be an Animal.
A white creature, made of stem, seedling and a bit of root, brought about this story into my mind. I found this creature in some soil left in a dark, dry place for a long time.
It had grown without water and light.
In this greenhouse, there are other plants that start moving in pursuit of light; by way of experience they realize that liquids other than water can boost their growth, they collect minerals and nutrients from animal carcasses, and at times they even go hunting. Some of them become a part of some other creature’s body in a bizarre way.
